OUR MISSION

To deliver character building career-focused experiences and mentorship that allow youth to achieve their full potential in both life and work.

Our goal is to promote aviation through informal ground schools, field trips, guest speakers, and hands-on activities. Our programs provide opportunities to learn about a wide variety of aviation-related occupations including:  Pilots, Flight Attendants, Meteorology, Aerospace Engineers, Aircraft Mechanics, Airport Management, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operators, Avionics Technicians and Air Traffic Controllers. Explorers volunteer at local air shows, aviation events, EAA Young Eagles and with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, our Charter Organization.
